Everyone experiences loss at some stage. Bereavement is the process of grief because of loss. Grief is a normal reaction to loss. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. We experience grief physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. How we grieve often depends on our relationship with the person who has died as well as the circumstances in which the person has died e.g. sudden death or suicide can sometimes lead to a more complicated grieving process.
