Most of us experience Stress, Anxiety and Anger which we can manage. However, there are certain circumstances (which are sometimes sudden or unforeseen) when Stress, Anxiety and Anger become unmanageable and can impact negatively on mental wellbeing and on our ability to function and carry out day to day tasks. Often high levels or sudden onset of Anxiety can trigger a panic attack which can manifest as a physical condition e.g. heart palpitations, sweating, shaking, chest pains, nausea.
