Welcome to Ballydowd Lucan Counselling and Psychotherapy (BLCP) website. My name is Michelle Mooney and I am a qualified psychotherapist. After some time working for other counselling services, I am thrilled to be able to open my own practice.
Therapy is not easy …I feel it is important to be honest with potential clients about this. The process can be incredibly emotional, unsettling and often clients can feel drained. Despite this, therapy creates an environment that is unique – one where insight, healing, awareness and personal development is possible. Being able to share in this experience with clients is an incredibly rewarding experience and I feel privileged to do this work.
